Arms dead ceight, Center of gravity shifted back slightly and spine rotated backwards and head tilted back with mout wide open (Like: "Oh my Gawwwwwd, she is sooooooo annoying") Hands covering eyes and then flinging them back down.
Making fingers into gun and putting them to head an mimicing pulling the trigger, then if the other character notices, pretending to not know what they are refereing to.
